$500 Shopping Spree Rules

1) You must be a retail dealer with a valid tax id number

2) TBOS will pay up to $500 to the lucky dealer/retailer who wins. The money will be paid to the advertiser not to the dealer. You will choose which company and products you wish to spend the money on and TBOS will pay up to $500. You can combine the $500 across several companies. As long as the total is $500 or less. If the total amount you wish to purchase exceeds $500 than you are liable for the amount over. If the amount is less than $500, there will be no refund given in any amount.

3) One winner will be determined by drawing 30 days after the mailing date of each magazine. The winner will be determined by those who have successfully filled out the form to the right. You cannot win if you do not fill out the form to the right. This form must be filled out entirely for every contest.

4) Each form must contain the code that is in the ad in each TBOS magazine. If the form doesn't include the correct code, you will not be eligible for this shopping spree. You can enter 1 time per magazine. Please do not enter more than once.

5) The odds of winning are determined by how many retailers sign up from each mailing. 

6) The winning dealers photo will appear in the following issue. So the winning dealer agrees to the publicity that TBOS determines is best. This includes you the dealer taking a photo of the owner or staff in front of the building showing your company name or behind the cash register also showing the company name. (Whichever you prefer). You will have 10 days (From your notification that you won) to take this photo and return it to us by email. If you do not have a digital camera you will need to get the photo developed and digitized so you can email it to us. You will email it to: Keith@tackleboxofsavings.com If you do not email it to us within 10 days after being notified you will forfeit your winnings and another winner will be selected. This is important so that we can publish your picture in our next issue showing who won.

7) You must qualify to resell products from the advertiser you are choosing before we give the advertiser any money. Once the advertiser approves you as a reseller of their products we will pay them whatever you wish to buy from them up to $500.

8) TBOS is not responsible for any lost or non shipped products. All matters pertaining to the shipment and or quality of products you won are the sole responsibility of the company you are "buying" it from. Please do not contact TBOS for any of these issues. Please contact the company who you ordered from. 

9) The winner will be notified by email From Keith@tackleboxofsavings.com and if we do not receive a response with a photo within 10 days, we will select another winner. Please check your emails.

10) You can win only 1 time per calendar year.

11) By entering you also agree to receive special targeted offers from fishing related manufacturers via email on occasion. You may opt out of this email by clicking on the opt out link at the bottom of the email that was sent to you. You will then not receive any further promotional emails from us.

12) Wholesaler/Advertiser must also be in good standing with TBOS in order for them to be a part of this program. Failure of the advertiser to remain in good standing with TBOS disqualifies them and they will not be allowed to participate. Failure of good standing is determined by TBOS. If you have selected a company that is not in good standing with TBOS you will be notified by email and you can select another company. You will also be given a reason why they are not in good standing.
